Responsibility for heat pump development comprising heat pump platforms and concepts, function design, E/E design as well as product design and integration

I am responsible for the coordination of our development activities concerning the functionality of our heat pump solutions. We conceptualize and implement heat pump functions and ensure their correct behavior and quality. Our joint mission is to lead the way towards a sustainable future.

In this position I was managing a highly skilled engineering team pre-developing heat-pump-related concepts and prototypes. Together our mission was to drive innovations and increase the customer value of our future heat pump solutions ranging from individual functions all the way to full scale product ideas.

As executive assistant to the CTO I worked intensely with the executive management of Vaillant Group in a time of rapid company transformation. The main focus lay on dealing and supporting with strategic matters as well as the coordination of key business functions such as R&D, product management, purchasing or production.

I was working in a team of electronic and software engineers to develop connectivity and IoT solutions for HVAC systems. The field of focus was ranging from embedded devices to backend-/frontend related development activities.
