Based upon a roll-to-roll continuous replication process, photonic crystal films demonstrated a 2-fold improvement for OLED external efficiency. 2004-2007: Within 3M Corporate Research Materials Lab, I investigated applications for a novel technique of replicating large area surface structures with a sub-micron resolution limit.
