I work to engage people across my teams to understand their position is there to help others achieve success in whatever task or project they are focused. It’s not about them it’s about our purpose and vision. While I specialize in production saw cutting and scheduling, I pride myself on the development of my team and watching them grow. When I am not leading teams of people at work, I look to inspire my four children to grow and learn and see they can do anything they put there minds to. I believe in leading by example, so I’m working to finish my bachelors degree by the Spring of 2022 as proof to my kids you get to choose where you end up in life, not life choosing it for you.
