As the Operations Manager of Enhanced Voice and Data Networks, Inc. (EVDN), I lead and oversee complex ICT infrastructure projects that deliver innovative solutions to our clients. I have more than 15 years of experience, starting as a Field Tech 1 and progressing to my current role. I hold four certifications from BICSI: Registered Communications Distribution Designer (RCDD), Registered Telecommunications Project Manager (RTPM), Data Center Design Consultant (DCDC) and the Outside Plant Designer (OSP). I am passionate about advancing the ICT industry and providing the best possible customer service. I enjoy working with a talented and diverse team of colleagues, who share my vision and values.
