I am an experienced Chartered Surveyor, planner and valuer, specialising in the valuation and development of mineral, waste management and renewable energy properties. I have over 30 years of professional experience working throughout the UK and overseas, I have acted as an Expert Witness on valuation and planning matters at Planning Inquiries , the High Court and in Lands Tribunal cases. I am a Chartered Surveyor, Chartered Planner and RICS Registered Valuer. I am also a Fellow of the Institute of Quarrying and a corporate Member of the Chartered Institute of Wastes Management. I advise corporate clients, landowners and financial institutions on asset valuations and compensation matters, specialising in CPO cases. I am a Member of the RICS Governing Council (having been elected into the Land Strategy Seat in 2018) and a Member of the RICS Land & Resources Global Board. Specialties: Planning, EIA and property valuation, including specialist minerals and waste management projects.
