I entered the private security industry at 18 years old and quickly discovered it was more than a job—it was a profession I genuinely fell in love with. Over the years, I’ve worked my way through nearly every level of the industry, from security officer to armed officer, supervisor, and operations management. That hands-on experience gave me a deep understanding of what effective security truly requires discipline, situational awareness, clear communication, and integrity at every level. In addition to my security background, I spent several years in sales and finance, where I developed strong skills in customer service, relationship management, and business operations. That experience sharpened my ability to understand client needs, manage expectations, and build long-term partnerships built on trust and transparency. I’m now proud to serve as the CEO and Founder of TacFleet Security LLC, building the company alongside my business partners with a focus on professionalism, reliability, integrity, and presence. Our mission is simple: deliver consistent, high quality security services that protect people, property, and reputation while holding ourselves to the highest ethical standards. TacFleet Security operates across multiple sectors, including commercial properties, community centers, events, HOAs, and municipal facilities, with a growing presence in both California and Texas. I believe great security starts with preparation, leadership, and integrity—earning trust through accountability and doing the right thing even when no one is watching.
