David Rossow

I have been in the Quality field since 1995 and an active member of ASQ since 1997. I am versed in the MMIV UNIX language for Brown & Sharpe CMM's and now versed in PCDMIS-CAD++ for CMM's. I have a great deal of experience in Geometrical Dimensioning and Tolerancing (GD&T) and Process / product auditing. I also have experience with bench layout and the use of many hand tools. I am involved with customer drawing feasibility reviews also programming and inspection using a Micro-Vu Vision System. I am very familiar with MSA, R & R and other aspects of what goes in to a PPAP package and I have been involved in the APQP process as an Inspection contributor. Prior to 1995 I performed press set up and production on Minster presses with progressive dies and single hit dies - which gave me quite a bit of on the floor experience. I also have experience with single hit presses and manufacturing in regards to stampings and value added assemblies. I currently hold ASQ CMI, CQT, CCT, CQE & CQA certifications and I am Chair of the Elyria/Lorain ASQ 0814 chapter. In our free time - My wife and I have been involved in consulting projects to assist with many aspects of Quality from gage instruction, measurement technique, PPAP documentation including MSA, FMEA, APQP, IMDS, and control plans in regard to ISO / IATF needs. We have been involved in everything from small three person shops on up to large Tier One corporations. Our work has always been well received and we come highly recommended.
