David Rogers is an AMi-accredited trainer, professional speaker, published author, podcast, radio and televesion host, and a highly-trusted expert specializing in marketing and advertising; maximizing automotive repair shop operations, management, profitability, and efficiency; building organizational culture; and developing customer relationships. As the most-published voice in the automotive industry, David has been a thought leader working to change the way that shop owners pay employees, purchase software, advertise their businesses, and create a positive culture of healthy accountability. That passion for helping repair shop owners began more than two decades ago, when David first helped Keller Bros Inc. overhaul its customer base and establish superior processes and systems en route to being named the industry’s National Excellence Award winner in 1999. Later that year, David co-founded Auto Profit Masters with a mission to help fellow shop owners make those same life-changing improvements in their own shops.
