Also mentored and trained staff about on writing project descriptions and branding. Specific tasks include providing direction to technical and marketing staff, ensure consistent branding for all architectural materials, develop templates for architectural technical sections, assist in creating brand re-design for marketing portfolios, facilitate training for staff on technical writing, review/revise architectural resumes & project descriptions, identify networking events and other opportunities that enhance STV’s visibility & reputation, and support business development. Served as interim Managing Editor (July-October 2009).

As Director, Emerging Architects (1998-2000) responsibilities included improving the process from professional education to licensure for 9,000 intern architects and recently licensed professionals. Served as the liaison for several board committees and task forces, prepared guides on mentoring/competency requirements and identified, developed and produced online continuing education courses. As Director, Professional Practice (1995-1998) I was responsible for programming, budgeting, logistics, and publications for four professional interest areas (Committees on Design, Education Facilities, Justice Facilities, and Historic Resources). Worked closely with volunteer advisory groups. Developed more than 15 conferences and produced four facility reviews.
