* Provide presales engineering support for the Caribbean and South Florida * Perform solution design, implementation and support for clients * Assist with Internal IT projects, implementation, optimization and support

* Work with Partners on Certification & Specialization goals ; training and lab requirements * Plan and executive Partner Enablement activities to develop partners to be more efficient in quoting, selling and post sales activities. * Provide Sales Support & Coordination for Partners on key sales opportunities * Plan and executive Partner Events such as Partner Virtual Training, Cisco days and Demand Generation Events * Support Managed Service Creation and Go to Market for Service Providers * Support Distributors on activities such as roadshow events and value added initiatives

* Provide pre-sales support for Cisco Account Managers on high touch accounts * Provide pre-sales support for Channel Partner on run rate opportunities * Prepare and validate Bill of Material for Cisco Collaboration, Borderless Network and Data Center portfolios * Perform and Support Customer Presentations and demonstration

* Provide Research & Development and Project Management leadership to launch new Data Solutions for Small to Medium Businesses. * Develop products and services to grow the business solutions portfolio. * Support major bid management by leading technical strategy/solution * Manage product lifecycle activities such as product enhancement and re-pricing. * Prepare annual operation plan (AOP). * Develop pre-sales processes, recruit staff and select tools * Manage sales engineering activities and staff professional development.
