Responsible for leading the strategic direction and execution of the Vietnam Australia International School's IT and digital transformation initiatives. This role involves overseeing the development and implementation of technology solutions that enhance operational efficiency, drive innovation, and support the organization's overall goals.

Led collaborative efforts with stakeholders to envision, build, equip, and establish Victoria School Saigon South, a new bilingual international school. In this role, I implemented innovative teaching methods, effectively integrated technology, and fostered a nurturing learning environment. Additionally, I spearheaded the development of a unified parent mobile app, which enhanced communication between parents and the school by providing instant access to grades, health information, and tuition details.

In this role, I worked closely with all stakeholders to create and implement a strategic plan for educational technology and reconfigured the school’s network infrastructure to improve performance and stability. I developed and managed the school’s information systems, including our Student Information System (Blackbaud), Learning Management System (Blackbaud), and communication tools (Google).

In this role, I collaborated with all stakeholders to develop and implement a strategic plan for educational technology. I am involved in leading the development and implementation of a scope and sequence for Educational Technology and the integration into all areas of learning. My duties include supervising and guiding an exceedingly talented technology support team and valued member of the administrative team. I achieved the below, • Contributed to advancing learning process by executing a 1:1 Laptop program from grade 4 to 12. • Developed and managed school's information systems; SIS (PowerSchool), LMS (Schoology), Admissions system (FinalSite Apply), Communication system (Google Apps, Microsoft 365), Atlas Rubicon, and web presence (Finalsite). • Competently directed school in achieving the status of first Apple Distinguished School in Vietnam for innovation, leadership, and educational excellence.

Working here, I streamlined OS system implementation and security properties configuration by developing a disk-cloning procedure, resulting in decreasing workstation setup time and costs. Some of the key contributions include, • Lowered overall running cost by virtualizing servers through the implementation of VMWare infrastructure. • Provided leadership and framework to appropriately identify IT services needs, while promptly responding to critical issues. • Decreased downtime by initiating a helpdesk system, resulting in improved customer service and visibility in dealing with technology issues.

As an Administrator: Technology Director, I executed School Information System (Blackbaud) to obtain real-time information about students and teachers. It was my responsibility to motivate students and enhanced learning by establishing a 1:1 laptop program for grades 6, 7, and 8. Here are some of my accomplishments in this role, • Remodeled and advanced complete technology infrastructure, including switches, routers, firewall, and WIFI. • Efficiently established and implemented a coherent K-12 technology program that integrated technology into the curriculum and modeled technology innovation.
