• Adjudicated transactions for customers with under $1MM of exposure, providing thorough analysis of credit bureaus, financial statements, and qualitative information in order to make credit decisions within my Letter of Authority or credit recommendations. • Developed strong working relationships with heavy equipment dealers and Account Managers across Canada, to develop financing solutions for customers that met their needs while keeping the bank’s position secure. • Adjudicated Structured Underwrites with customers over $1MM of exposure, requiring large underwrites that covered items such as customer backgrounds, industry analysis, financial statement consolidation and analysis, cash flow adjustments and analysis, gap analysis, and providing approval or decline recommendations to multiple levels of management. • Provided assistance and acted as a SME to the IT teams through testing of systems, whether to help correct system issues, implement enhancements to pre-existing systems, or assisting in the integration with other bank systems. This included the implementation of Paynet into the existing BMOTF Systems (reports, models, rulesets), and more recently the transition of BMOTF systems to Cloud Servers, a large project that resulted in savings of up to $10MM per year for the business.

- Prepared and thoroughly analyzed credit applications from current and prospective customers through GE’s Interactive Services systems, leading to increased volume and expansion of Account Managers client base - Demonstrated communication and customer service skills as the primary contact at GE Capital for thirteen Bobcat dealerships across Canada, resulting in increased booked volume and a high level of dealer satisfaction. - Effectively communicated GE Capital’s processes with clients and collected required outstanding documents to complete pending transactions, contributing to increases in volume for the year and resulting in a decrease of deals unfunded
