David Moss

I am a Regional Director with over two decades of retail experience, including more than ten years in multi-unit leadership roles, leading teams through growth, change, and cultural evolution. My leadership approach centers on aligning people, process, and purpose to drive sustainable results while maintaining strong, people-centered leadership. Throughout my career, I have focused on building high-performing teams by developing leaders, strengthening operational discipline, and fostering cultures where accountability and belonging coexist. I am known for bringing clarity to complex environments, translating strategy into execution, and creating momentum during periods of transition. My work has been recognized at the highest level within my organization. I am the only leader in the company’s 26-year history to have received both of its top honors (Founder’s Award & Sacie Award), recognition awarded for sustained business performance, people development, and values-driven leadership. I view this recognition not as an endpoint, but as a reflection of the teams I have been privileged to lead and support. In addition to my professional role, I serve as a board member and volunteer, contributing my time and experience to initiatives that strengthen community, inclusion, and leadership development. I am especially passionate about mentoring leaders, supporting diverse teams, and helping organizations scale without losing what makes them meaningful. I am motivated by work that challenges me to think strategically, lead with integrity, and leave systems stronger than I found them.
