David, Mingsheng Hua

David has joined Kyndryl as the Consult Lead for Greater Greater China since June 2025; He will spearhead efforts to strengthen Kyndryl’s presence in China, deliver exceptional client value, and drive new growth for Kyndryl's business. With over 25 years of experience, David has held significant leadership roles at global powerhouses such as Accenture and IBM. At Accenture, he served as Managing Director for Digital Transformation, GBA Business Lead, Cloud First Industry Solutions, and GTM Lead Greater China. In these capacities, David led cloud, data, and AI industry solutions, successfully integrating cloud infrastructure, digital transformation, applications, and data services to help enterprises achieve their strategic digital transformation objectives. He was also a member of Accenture’s V&A Management Committee, contributing to global resource alignment, innovation initiatives, and portfolio strategy to fuel business growth in Greater China. Before Accenture, David spent over a decade at IBM GBS as sector Lead, focusing on enterprise strategy, business process optimization, and IT system implementation. David is a recognized expert in Cloud, Data, AI, Ecosystems, and Digital Transformation. David collaborates with C-suite leaders across prominent enterprises, driven by a passion for business reinvention and digital transformations enabled by new digital technologies. He has a proven track record of successfully guiding enterprises and startups through their digital transformation journeys. David enjoys spending his leisure time with his family and his corgi, pursuing his interest in photography.
