Awarded commercial listing for ground up CRAFTSMAN electric pressure washer range. Reignited CRAFTSMAN with an all new VBL, unleashing over 35 products in 3 years. Transformed product development cycles to navigate seasonal product launches and global resourcing strains. ● Introduced 25-30 globally developed programs to market per year with global distribution. ● Structured global ID support for OPE Business Unit, delegating project ownership. ● Eliminated periods of resource overload by negotiating global flex resources to accommodate seasonal workload fluctuations. ● Oversaw career development of direct reports and staff designers with daily engagement. ● Negotiated with ID leads addressing functional departmental needs, team growth, new hires.
