Played a huge part in the success of reMarks in the Grande Prairie market, as well as the great results (acheived over 9million in sales) in 2012. Was a big part in the relocation of the High Level Mark's Store, this included organizing the move of product from the old location to the new location. I also got experience in doing Inventory audits for our District. I attended and audited Peace River, High Level, Dawson Creek, Fort Saint John and Grande Prairie Inventories. I continued to run Shoe U courses for Northern Alberta and BC. I also continued to be the Subject Matter Expert for PMM. Day to Day responsibilities included Creating Raving Fans, Mentoring and Growing Associates, Payroll Management, Profit and Loss Statements, Loss Prevention , Associate Recruiting , Associate Training, Associate Retention, Merchandising, Driving Key Success Factors, Relationship Building with Customers and Associates.
