I work as a specialist construction solicitor in London, with a practice spanning both advisory and contentious matters. I assist clients with the entire construction lifecycle, from the early stages of appointing professional consultants, to negotiating and concluding building contracts with contractors, to assisting with day-to-day administrative queries that arise during the operation of a construction contract. I also assist participants in real estate transactions - funders, tenants and purchasers - with reviewing the quality of construction contracts being offered as part of their transaction. When things don't go to plan, I assist clients with resolving their issues through negotiation, adjudication and - where necessary - court litigation, with the aim of achieving successful resolutions as early as possible.
