PROJECT : 2 FOCTORIES CONSTRUCTION (240,000 m2 & 180,000 m2) • Led construction department to proceed planning, design, budget controlling, contract out, scheduling, site supervising, QA / QC, safety, site management and inspection. • Job Content : new building construction, existing building maintenance & repair, mechanical & electrical, machine installation, ventilation, fire protection engineering, waste water treatment plant, lanscape, interior renovation and so on.

PROJECT : BRIGHT HILL STATION OF TUNNELS FOR THOMSON - EAST COAST LINE • In charge of fissure grouting, strutting, reinforced concrete works and underpinning of HDB. • Responsible for planning, managing, resolving design issues and ensuring the smooth implementation. • Undertook the effective site administration and management which include site safety, control of materials and mobilization of machinery, etc. PROJECT : LAND PREPARATION WORKS FOR AIRPORT DEVELOPMENT (CHANGI AIRPORT TERMINAL 5) • In charge of prefabricated vertical drain, slurry wall and vacuum system. • Led a team and worked with engineering & design department and sub-contractors to resolve construction issues when necessary. • Followed up and interpreted the regulation of airside, inclusive of airside height clearance, submission of documentation, procedure of operation and mobilization, runway closure schedule, work plan, CAAS and so on.

• In charge of analysis and design of reinforced concrete, steel structure, earth retaining stabilizing structure, scaffolding and formwork, quantity calculation, risk assessment and drawing reviewing. • Liaised with clients, architects, consultants and other parties to involve for the design of building or any structures as required by the project assigned.

PROJECT : TAIPEI CONDOMINIUM CONSTRUCTION (2 TOWERS : B3F ~ 14F) • In charge of bored pile, excavation, strutting, reinforced concrete, scaffolding, decoration. • Project management which included schedule planning and execution of project, cost budgeting and management, attended to contractual and technical matters to ensure timely completion of project. • Coordination for structure, architectural, mechanical and electrical works.

PROJECT : TAIPEI DONGHU STATION OF BRIDGES FOR MRT WENHU LINE • In charge of sheet pile, excavation, strutting, reinforced concrete, steel structure of bridge, scaffolding, earthwork, prestressed ground anchordecoration. • Supervised sub-contractors and ensure that works are carried on efficiently and timely. • Ensured project was executed in accordance with construction standards and specifications.
