Site Senior Construction Manager overseeing a team of engineers and managers of various disciplines including commissioning engineers acting for the end user to ensure contractors and sub-contractors maintain compliance with specification and contract. Chairing high level meetings including the Owner, Stakeholders and EPC Contractors. Holding weekly progress meetings on behalf of the Owner and generally supervising EPC Contractor's progress and quality to meet codes and operational functional specification. Managing all HSE issues on a project with a challenging attitude towards personal safety awareness and educating a local workforce with little or no knowledge of national or international safety or environmental standards. Leading by example. Coordinating daily work schedules etc.

Authoring and vetting commissioning procedures

Oversight of build of LPG/DFO fired Power Plant and LPG reception plant. Budgetary control, proposal analysis, bid analysis etc. etc. Responsible only to the CEO of the project.
