Tasks: • scheduling interviews and assessment centres (Outlook appointments, meeting room and equipment bookings, travel requests for candidates) • working in close relationship with candidates, recruiters, hiring managers and HR team • act as first point of contact for candidates and hiring managers • supporting the recruitment team from administrative perspective • managing the workload within the project team • offer management: creation, validation and extension • creating weekly, monthly, quarterly and ad-hoc reports • conducting spot-checks within the team • assisting recruiters with job postings Achievements: • successful high-volume recruitment for the build-up of a new SSC as part of the GBS project • smooth running of the recruitment operations through effective communication with all parties • escalation-free coordination of the hiring process with no scheduling errors • client and candidate satisfaction based on surveys

• Responsibility for handling enterprise customers’ IT and Telecommunication service requests including all commercial, problem solving and delivery aspects • Taking ownership of the timely completion of the customer request: from technical design, pricing/proposal creation and ordering • Directly performing some pricing and ordering activities and involves other BT departments and third-parties as necessary like technical department • Keeping the requestor informed about the progress of his request via direct contacts and system updates • Managing the handovers between the different BT departments and promptly raises and resolves any issue
