* Assisting the Project Co-Ordinator with the running of the Leaving Care service Providing young people with semi-independent accomedation * one-to-one/group support work centered around preparing them for independent living * Deputising for the Project Co-Ordinator in their absence * Negotiating with Social Services and the Leaving Care Teams * Negotiation with Housing Providers to assist with “Moving on” Accommodation

* Basic Needs Support to young Homeless people * Advocacy and support with tenancies * Support with benefits * Enabling young people to access further education and career opportunities * Sexual health advice * Negotiation and work with other agencies through CAFs * Emotional counselling and support to young people who have experienced Domestic Violence and Abuse, Drug & Substance Abuse * Management and supervision of Social Work students & Volunteers * Co-Ordinating group work, front desk support and IAG work. * Senior advice worker * Working with young people with extra challenges; (Mental health, learning disability, physical impairments etc.)

* Youth Support Worker * Seconded project lead when Full-Time worker is absent. * Working with young people to improve their self-development * Project Planning * Other duties included general office Admin, Health & Safety Assessments, Risk Assessments
