I have over 20 years’ experience of providing building services cost management for multi-disciplinary projects, main contractors and MEP subcontractors on a wide range of client sectors including healthcare (P22/P23), education, data centres, industrial, commercial and retail. Responsibilities include preparation of feasibility studies, budget estimates, detailed cost plans, target costs as part of GMP’s, as well as tender documentation including the use of detailed traditional bills of quantities or POMI bills of quantities. Along with carrying out post contract cost control and reporting including preparation of variations, valuations and final accounts. Preparation of tenders / target costs (Including ProCure P22/P23) on behalf of main contractors and MEP subcontractor’s is a core work stream and helps to provide the most up to date cost information to feed back in to the preparation of feasibility studies, budget estimates, detailed cost plans.
