• Hazard Identification & Risk Assessment: Conduct regular site inspections and risk assessments to identify potential hazards- develop and implement measures to reduce those risks. • Induction Process: Compile all relevant tickets/licenses for personnel and plant, prior to site inductions. • Policy & Procedure Development: Create, implement, and evaluate health and safety policies, procedures, and risk management programs. • Incident Investigation & Reporting: Investigate health and safety incidents, gather data, document findings, and compile statistics and reports to prevent recurrence. • Safety Training & Communication: Conduct safety training sessions, promote a positive safety culture, and advise management and employees on safety protocols and legal requirements. • Regulatory Compliance: Monitor and ensure compliance with all relevant health and safety legislation, standards, and codes of practice. • Emergency Preparedness: Assist in developing emergency response plans and conduct drills to ensure readiness for critical incidents

· Autonomously planning and executing on- site projects · Working from technical drawings and specifications · Electrofusion and butt fusion welds · Adhering to OHS protocols and complying with environmental and safety orders · Operating and maintaining multiple welding machines · Liaising with engineers and company clients

· Operating and maintaining McElory TracStar T1200, T900, 618, T500, Dixon 225, DynaMc, Side fusion welder, Acrobat 250. · Electrofusion; butt fusion; side fusion · Installation and assembly of multiple types of valves and pits · Managing and directing a small team of workers · Liaising with various engineers and property owners · interpreting and executing technical drawings · Ensuring team are complying with daily THA's and SWMS

· Managing and directing a team of up to 5 people · Assembling and fixing pipe for water mains/ sewers · Communicating with sub contractors and engineers · Procuring supplies and job- specific materials · Ensuring jobs are completed to a high standard within allotted time
