About
Seattle attorney with over 30 years of experience litigating bodily injury, real property, and construction defect cases in Washington State and Federal courts. Duties as both panel and staff counsel included the management and resolution of hundreds of large and small civil cases through ADR, direct negotiations, pretrial motion practice, and trial. Developed expertise in evaluating, defending and resolving bodily injury and construction defect cases. First chaired complex jury trials involving construction, bodily injury, and earth subsidence. While at Zurich my practice broadened to include litigation representing various employers defending employee claims for wrongful termination, discrimination, retaliation, and hostile work environment. This includes pre-litigation investigation and negotiation as well as the defense of lawsuits brought by employees on their own behalf or by the EEOC. At my most recent position with Seattle Litigation Group PLLC I have represent individual employees against former employers in a wide variety of discrimination, retaliation, and hostile work environment cases. Current practice also includes ADA as well as wage and hour claims. I have remained active in general litigation and continue to handle construction and insurance related matters for firm clients.
