I am Research Support Librarian at the Open University Library. I am passionate about taking a researcher-focused approach to research support. I have delivered presentations and training for NoWAL, CILIP North West, Manchester NLPN, MMU Library and at the UK Summon and Information Literacy Day. Public speaking and presentations are something I really enjoy. Customer service, problem solving, design and creativity are aspects of my work I find particularly rewarding.
