David Iglewicz

I'm David "Iggy" Iglewicz, co-founder and managing member of Lake City Equity. I co-direct the company's investment strategy, leveraging over 20 years of experience in leadership development. Before Lake City Equity, I was a pediatric dentist. I played a key role in growing Children's Dental Health Associates to 15 locations and 2 surgical centers. I successfully exited the practice through a merger with private equity. Prior to the merger, I established Prostoig Capital LLC. My goal is to provide dentists and other professionals with cash flow, capital preservation and tax benefits through multifamily real estate investments.
