I began my career in the U.S. Navy as an Aviation Support Equipment Technician, where I maintained and supervised mission‑critical ground support systems for aviation operations, ensuring equipment reliability, safety compliance, and readiness in high‑pressure environments. Following eight years of military service, I spent 14 years with Piller USA as a Senior Field Service Technician, serving as the primary technical liaison for customers in mission‑critical facilities. I led the installation, integration, and repair of large‑scale UPS systems and associated switchgear, managed complex multi‑vendor projects, and resolved advanced electrical and mechanical issues to enhance system reliability and performance. Today, as a CBRE Data Center Facilities Manager, I oversee and optimize critical infrastructure including diesel generators, UPS and switchgear, electrical distribution, HVAC, and fire/life safety systems.
