Lead the recruiting as well as operational/contract management of the Anesthesia service line for ApolloMD. Duties included recruitment, training and retention of the Anesthesia recruiting team and clinical providers for ApolloMD partnering facilities, as well as recruiting implementation strategies, coordination of internal and external resources utilized by the Anesthesia team, coordination of conferences and contract management duties for several partner facilities. Also responsible for development and account management of employee incentive programs for companies who co-oped w/Coca-Cola such as Waffle House, McDonald's, Sonic, Hilton Hotels, etc. Other duties included product sampling, selection, etc. of products to be used in internal and external Coca-Cola merchandise catalogs.
