I was working in this organization doing and also giving follow up for the corrective actions by ocurrence and or severity of the finding or problem detected, also making kaizens or improvement actions focused on safety, quality, deliveries, maintenance, ergonomics, working also doing, filling and analisys of the KPI indicators and communicate to the personnel involved, quality assurance for the proceses and for the finnal product, one of the activites also was to do rework campaigns also giving support to the production staff rergarding non conformal products or parts doing quality alerts, meetings etc.

I was working as a Process Manufacturing Engineer since June 19 2006 until January 16 2009, I also perform for a year the Production Planner position for telephonic devices area starting on January 19 2009 returning to the engineering area starting on January 18 2010 also doing activities for new product introducer engineer plus process manufacturning engineer responsible to follow up all the engineering changes until its implementation, responsible for 19 assembly lines of optical fiber assemblies, doing improvement projects, cost reductions, new model develop, work instructions, visual aids, 8D participation, line balance, control plan, PFMEA, check lists, active participation on ISO 9000 recertification activities, tool improvements with local and foreign suppliers, starting assembly lines etc.

Pre Production Plant Quality Coordinator in charge of meet customer specific requirements for the automotive parts produced to our final assembly plant regarding plastic injection, paint and also laser markers as well as metrology lab, besides I was working as the SQAE coordinator in this organization, this experience helped me to be considered by the organization to cover the position that I am performing by today, I started working for Preh as a Supplier Quality Engineer mainly doing PPAP revision following AIAG and VDA 6.3 requirements and making parts validation with the suppliers and with our Customer Service Engineers, other activities as part of my responsabilities were to make process audits to our suppliers as a Lead Auditor using VDA standard and manage the internal complaints for our assembly lines and helping to found the root causes for the problems reported by our OEMs, I had on my charge comodities like plastics, resins, paint. Have quarantine area into the goal in time and cost and material disposition was other of my activities as a SQA engineer.
