I developed and currently lead Whole Foods Market's retail supply chain network. With the help of incredible partners, we’ve grown the company from $1.5 billion to $25 billion in sales—doing it all with small, scrappy, high-performing teams. Since the Amazon acquisition, I’ve worked closely with teams across both companies to help align systems, processes, and culture for a smooth integration. Some of my favorite accomplishments include: Designing and leading our highly efficient farm-to-shelf distribution network supporting over 500 stores Negotiating and managing one of the largest third-party grocery distribution partnerships in the U.S. Launching and leading our centralized indirect procurement team Developing a packaging distribution program with a network of regional operators Creating a dedicated logistics group and multi-vendor inventory consolidation system for our owned-brand program Launching international distribution solutions for the UK and Canada Developing and leading our computer-assisted store ordering program and in-stock team Co-authoring the company’s first retail process playbook, balancing employee empowerment with standardized operations These achievements were made possible through collaboration with exceptional teams, suppliers, and partners committed to innovation, operational excellence, and ethical sourcing.
