Within the Emory Healthcare system I serve as an organization resource person for conducting process improvement initiatives using Lean/Six Sigma and other process improvement methodologies. I have assisted clinic administrators and other leadership staff in developing short and long term goals and objectives for continuous operations improvement. I have completed several Lean/Six Sigma projects that have successfully developed strategies for implementing and preserving desired change clinic wide. Many of my improvement projects are focused on patient-centered objectives, such as access management and patient flow within clinical operations. I am highly knowledgeable on several government, (CMS), qualtiy reporting incentives, including Physician Quality Reporting System, PQRS, (Group Submission, GPRO), and Meaningful Use. I've implemented innovative, metric-driven healthcare performance management system dashboards that have lead others to do the same within the organization.
