In this role, with the SPL Group owing over 100 properties between commercial and residential, I identified a need for a new software/system to keep the day-to-day tasks in order and under easy control. With time and dedication on thoughtful research, I have implemented a new software achieving savings in personnel time and costs for the company.

I have had different roles during my experience at TPP. Started as Machine operator demonstrating excellent technical skills and achieving the daily targets. Then, I moved to the role of supervisor organising and planning the daily work requirements, delivering daily briefing and completing reports. Afterwards, I moved to the newly created Tech office where I was producing programs for the new cutting-edge technology machinery and working with cad programming for the specification of the company products. During the all time I was part of the Health and Safety team where I helped establishing and implementing Health and Safety standards on site. Implemented regular inspection in different areas of the workshop and offices to identify hazards. Writing policies and procedures that where implemented to eliminate or reduce workplace injury and hazards. Implemented in House safety training improving the safety culture across personnel. Reduced incidents by training and teaching risk management techniques, hazards identification, quality checks and documentation.

As the Operation Manager, I had the opportunity to recruit, train and motivate a 20-member team. Organising and planning the work to be carried out on the strictly time frames of the road construction. Coordinated all logistics including the transfer of heavy equipment in different sites within a specific timeframe. Researched and implemented most cost-efficient means of transportation to decrease company costs.

Supervising a team of 10/15 members in the fast-paced environment of the major road construction in the Abruzzo/Lazio region of Italy. Monitoring and setting up daily tasks. In charge of giving daily site briefing, ensuring the safety of the team and public. Completing all the necessary paperwork records and reports on a daily basis.

Leading a small team of 4 to 6 members on the road construction, holding full accountability for the preparation of the work, and being responsible for the achievement of all targets set by the management.
