David Dunstan

Mr. Dunstan has more than 30 years of investment banking and advisory experience providing merger, acquisition and capital raising services to leading middle market companies throughout the US. Currently, he leads Citizens Capital Markets, M&A Advisory Group's Industrial practice and manages the Cleveland office. Prior to Citizens, Mr. Dunstan co-founded and subsequently sold Western Reserve Partners (a boutique investment bank) to Citizens Bank. Mr. Dunstan's prior investment banking experience was as Managing Director of KeyBanc Capital Markets and former manager of McDonald Investments’ Consumer investment banking group (which was subsequently sold to Key Bank). Mr. Dunstan’s previous experience was with Ernst & Young LLP. Mr. Dunstan was graduated from Miami University with a B.S. in Accounting and graduated with distinction from the Weatherhead School of Management at Case Western Reserve University. He is a Certified Public Accountant (inactive). Mr. Dunstan is a member of YPO, the 50 Club of Cleveland and involved in various non-profit organizations. He is a current board member and former President of the Board of Directors of the Achievement Centers for Children. He is the former President of the Board of the Association for Corporate Growth, Cleveland Chapter. Mr. Dunstan was a member of Miami University’s Finance Advisory Board and he is an alumnus of the 2007 class of Leadership Cleveland. Mr. Dunstan is a father of three (Katie, Jack and Charlie) and an avid triathlete.
