First point of contact responsible for facilities management at the global headquarters for Delta Air Lines, Inc. Reporting through the Corporate Real Estate team to delivery of quality facility management services. This role will coordinate and manage tenant requirements and service delivery to ensure world class operations. Multi-million square foot facilities include the Global Headquarters campus, Reservations Center, Off-Site crew parking facilities, Midfield Services, Material Services warehousing and Baggage Operations Control Center. Under roof facilities include large fleet of centrifugal chillers, building management systems, cooling towers, critical power UPS, multi-megawatt diesel generation, HVAC systems, raised floor and data center equipment. Area of responsibility includes managing team to accomplish: o Implementation of Project Management for short and long-term projects o Develop and implement innovative programs, processes and procedures that reduce short and long term operating costs and increase operational uptime. o Oversee the appropriate monthly/quarterly/annual reporting appropriate for the client. o Oversee the development and management of the capital and expense budgets by interfacing closely with the client representative. o Manage contracts for a variety of services o Manage employee performance and developmental training o Energy Management including developing efficiency programs, utility interface and managing rebate programs. o Develop life-cycle analysis and long range asset replacement budgeting o Develop RFP’s for services and equipment for capital projects as well as managing the process through contract award, installation, commissioning, method of procedure updates and training.

National project presence within Investor Owned, MEAG, COOP and Federal spaces.

Managed union and non-union employees in the field of engineering & contruction and customer service. Managed $150M contract with large Department of Defense facility and managed all community external relationships with County, State and Federal employees.

Responsible for large engineering staff across two operating headquarters encompassing more that 250,000 customers across all classes of residential, commercial and industrial. Activities included coordinating area transmission and distribution planning, strategic planning for new construction, reliability planning, engineering approval and oversight for all construction within the Region. Leader responsible for the distribution engineering, construction and reliability of entire distribution system at Hartsfield Jackson International Airport in Atlanta. Led engineering team through the activities related to the construction of the Concourse F expansion. Expert in the storm restoration process. Frequently led local & off-system storm events throughout Georgia & across the united states. During these times, I was required to develop strategic restoration planning and segment into tactical plans so teams in excess of 1000 crews could restore service to the impacted customers. Accomplishments included: Leading Engineering Supervisors Roundtable Developed Trouble Call Management System superuser group & drove changes to the TCMS system. Led restoration efforts on Katrina, Rita, Tuscaloosa Tornado's outbreak and numerous others
