PandTL Inc. (Chief Operating Officer) The chief operating officer position at P&TL provides the leadership, management, and vision necessary to ensure that the company has the proper operational controls, administrative and reporting procedures, and people systems in place to effectively grow the organization and to ensure financial health/strength and operating efficiency. The primary focus of my role is leading the managers in HR, IT, R&D,Accounting, Fleet Maintenance, Key Account Management, Compliance, Culture, and execution of the overall Leadership strategy.

TRM Philadelphia SC - Manager 2001-2005 Responsible for managing accounts including service engineering, service implementation, operations, project schedules, contract compliance, customer relationships and financial budgets. Merged the personnel of four business units into one more profitable service organization. Implemented the first TRM ATM Service Company for Bancorp at Drexel University. Leading role in the deployment of ATM machines in North East US. Installed vended copiers into all of the Albertson Acme and Ahold Giant Grocery stores in the area. Provided regular status briefings to both senior management and to customers using good organizational skills because Board of Directors all worked near this Service Center.
