Manufacturing leader experienced in 5S, Six Sigma, Lean Management processes, strategic planning and growth of Production Teams and Facilities. Responsible for driving the performance and culture of the business to meet the demand and success of our clients. I have extensive experience in leading high-performing production teams across 24-hour shifts. I also have new product introduction experience in the manufacturing of medicinal cannabis, high potency cytotoxic medicines, and creating HACCP plans for our Food Product customers. With over 27 years of leadership experience in the personal care, food and pharmaceutical industry, I have gained a high-level knowledge of equipment, systems, processes and quality requirements to ensure compliance and best practice is achieved whilst meeting strict TGA, ISO and GMP guidelines. My leadership style is inclusive in nature, I promote a culture built on trust and mutual respect. Business growth and transformation, change management and negotiation skills are a strength as I’ve successfully supported HR with Union-based EBA discussions, along with taking the lead on continuous improvement projects.
