* Responsibilities: * Provide senior level leadership for deploying combat units and individuals. * Liaison Officer for Individual Mobilization Augmentees. Oversaw the welfare and productivity of reserve Marines assigned to active duty units.

Responsibilities: ► Direct representative to the Joint Commander for matter of things related to Marine Aviation as part of the Marine Air Ground Task Force.

* Responsibilities include: * ► All shipping activities. Including TL, LTL shipments and Ecommerce/Parcel Shipping. * ► All supporting functions with regards to inventory, movement of product, DC Layout and design. * ► Forklifts, conveyors, high speed automated shipping sorter and other warehousing equipment resourcing, monitoring and maintenance tracking. * ► Proactively identifying and leading process improvement initiatives and lean tools. * ► Motivating, mentoring, and coaching on a daily basis.

* Responsibilities: * ► Executive Officer and Logistics Officer while stateside and Iraq in support of two Iraqi freedom operations. * ► Personally, and successfully flew 442 direct combat support flight hour missions while in Iraq. * ► The security and safety of Marines and supporting personnel. * ► Care and welfare of unit personnel while deployed and stateside. * ► Other leadership positions included: * Operations Officer for numerous aviation combat units. * Aviation Officer for a ground combat unit. * Safety Officer. * Security Officer. * Training Officer.

* Responsibilities: * ► The security and safety of 214 Marines. * ► 5,000 mishap free flight hours flown by the unit over this timeframe. * ► Strategic and tactical planning and employment of unit and unit’s assets during exercises and operations.

Responsibilities include: ► All inventory control activities including daily cycle counts and audits. Success in this area mitigated the requirement to perform a physical count at each year end audit. ► Established proactive processes and procedures for the planning of production work which smoothed out the workflow and reduced the need for active crisis management. ► Implemented a robust quality inspection program to identify defects on imported products, categorized and tracked the occurrences which allowed for metrics to be shared with the respective factories. ► Developed the company’s domestic trap blister packaging department which was able to maintain competitive costs to that of conducting the operations in China. Allowed for quicker speed to market despite significant and numerous packaging and artwork changes throughout the lifecycle of the product.
