* Carry out QA on two of Nexala’s flagship applications which are delivered as a software as a service (SaaS) solution supported in three browsers: Google Chrome, Mozilla Firefox and Internet Explorer and on mobile devices. * Experience in the full software test life cycle and the different types of testing e.g. functional, regression, end to end, user acceptance, integration and interface testing. * Log issues found in the project tracking tool (Bugzilla) and communicate these issues with the development teams in the Irish and UK offices. * Continuous focus on improvement of testing processes. * Connect remotely to customer’s systems to troubleshoot issues, check exceptions in log files, run SQL scripts and queries, apply patch releases and run full upgrades. * Provide production support to the customer base via remote connections, phone and email to ensure the highest level of customer satisfaction at all times.

* Provide QA on Helix Health’s web based dental solution across multiple browsers (solution developed in Java with a SQL Server database) against the relevant software specifications prior to releasing to dentists. * Provide QA on Helix Health’s practice management software solutions (developed in C# with a SQL Server database on .net framework) against the relevant software specifications prior to releasing to General Practitioners, Hospital Consultants and Medical Centres. * Log bugs in Visual Studio Microsoft Team Foundation Server and prioritize each bug found while testing and tracking them through to closure. * Deliver product demonstrations, training, hand overs and 3rd line support to internal staff and on visits to external customers. * Create product documentation e.g. software specifications, user manuals, release notes, installation instructions. * Experience working in an agile Scrum development environment.

* Understand the purpose and requirements of new system developments. * Translate the requirements from functional specifications into appropriate test scripts. * Test new developments to ensure new releases are free from defects. * Log any issues found during testing in the project management tool (JIRA). * Sign off test results prior to the transfer of releases into the UAT environment and then into the live production environment. * Provide weekly report to manager on statuses of individual projects within releases. * Peer review other members of the team’s test scripts for audit purposes. * Contribute to overall project plans and estimates.
