About
I am a highly motivated and confident person who has developed skills through a combination of practical experience and formal training. A very favourable quality that I possess is the ability to master new systems quickly. Having worked as a Manufacturing Coordinator, Planning and Logistics Manager and now Production Manager. I have a well rounded understanding of the operations within FMCG industry. My work colleagues and peers regard me very highly as a result of the way in which I am able to motivate and develop others. Personally I enjoy the challenge of encouraging growth in individuals as it is of benefit to themselves and the organization. Effective communication at all levels is a skill which I demonstrate extremely well allowing tasks to be performed efficiently and accurately. This is largely due to building relationships that provide direction and fosters Teamwork, which I believe to be an integral part of any successful company. I recognise the importance of adaptability, promote the use of systems and processes to ensure strong foundations. In implementing change, I seek to think strategically and use sound judgement to drive for results. My organisational skills ensure that I am able to manage my time effectively by eliminating roadblocks and creating focus to accomplish a goal. I guarantee a prospective employer the services of a highly motivated person who demonstrates principled leadership, sets high standards of performance, pursues aggressive goals and works hard to achieve them.
