Taking practical steps to activate the parts of our nervous systems that bring calmness, grounding, kindness, compassion, creativity and relatedness online. Up levelling our wellbeing, relationships, leadership, communication and presence to create a better world. We call this relationship with ourselves Sovereign Leadership and the Institute of Sovereign Leadership exists to create programmes, frameworks, workshops, events and community to cultivate this inner work. Our ongoing, entry level programme is called Sovereign Dialogue. One hour, online retreats designed to reconnect to the Sovereign within you and follow your own inner guidance.
