Responsible for all aspects of Global Operations and Support for IPC Systems the global technology leader & service provider to the financial services vertical with more than $500m in annualized revenues specializing in the delivery of secure, compliant communications software and cloud networking solutions for the capital markets across the entire trade lifecycle. Leadership of both the IPC Network Business and Global Operations, Service Delivery and Support teams responsible for the installation and support of IPC's mission critical trading communications platform for the world's leading financial institutions. Direct a global team of ~750 resources across >30 countries supporting ~$500m in annualized revenues.

Responsible for Global Operational Management of the IPC Network Services business focused on providing trading connectivity solutions for the financial markets. Wide ranging responsibilities encompassing Service Delivery, Service Maintenance, Engineering, Carrier Management, Exchange and Vendor Relations and Global Pricing. Global P&L responsibility for the network services business overseeing multiple successful network acquisition and integration efforts across the regions. Lead recent business development efforts of service diversification into Electronic Trading Connectivity solutions overseeing the build out of a global high speed transport network connecting all major financial locations, exchange and liquidity venues via low latency optimal routing resulting in significant new revenue growth opportunities.

Responsible for the Operational Management of the IPC Network Services EMEA Region encompassing Service Delivery, Service Maintenance, Engineering, Carrier Management, Pricing and Customer Service functions. Responsible for the successful integration of two network acquisitions in region as well as plan, build out and upgrade of the EMEA wide Network connecting all of the major financial locations. Oversaw market entry into new and emerging geographical locations including the Middle East and Africa facilitating connectivity for new trading venues.

Responsible for the development, implementation and execution of global product management and marketing strategies within the IPC Network Services business line. Developed and launched multiple new service lines into the IPC customer base enabling the creation of additional profitable revenue streams. Integral to business development activities relating to purchase of largest competitor within the voice extranet space.

Responsible for the development, implementation and execution of global product management and marketing strategies within the IPC Network Services business.

Lead the EMEA Financial Markets Sales and Customer support organizations.

Responsibility for the development ad ongoing EMEA regional leadership of the product management and pricing functions in support of the IXnet and then Global Crossing Financial Markers business divisions. Product portfolio was wide ranging encompassing voice and electronic trading products as well as carrier class offerings including IPVPN, Broadband and Dedicated Internet Access Services.
