Responsible for the training of 17 new home theater technicians in all facets of low voltage installation and in field sales. Key member in establishing home theater installation division in the metro Detroit area. My crew performed in the top 10 percent of ROI and revenue dollars generated, with one of the lowest call back rates in the country for the company. I became an Elite Services Technician performing ISF calibrations of HDTV panels and projectors, and acoustic setups of surround sound systems. Lead troubleshooter and mentor for problematic systems, and young technicians. Brought in to assist in design and prospecting for commercial opportunities.

Operations director for a 15 employee, multi state audio video business. Oversaw all operations from approval of final system design, hiring and training new technicians, lead programming, and management of sales goals. Instrumental in recruitment of sales leads, and provided key assists in large project acquisitions. Oversaw five regional managers, the project management lead company wide, and coached sales, as well as technician development. Acted as point of contact for all clients, managed contracts with Directv, ABC Warehouse, and Troxell Communications and more.

Acted as security, and contract relations between the contract hotel, the Detroit MEPcom branch, and military applicants looking to ship out to their respective branches for bootcamp. This role was performed as a contractor for the Department of Defense.

Audio Video installer for both residential and commercial applications. Lead programmer for touch panel controls, and video calibrator. Sales, design, and installation lead.

Rack builder, installer for commercial audio video systems. Performed specialized terminations, and wire pulling for churches, schools and businesses. Building of equipment racks, and assisted in mixing for large events such as the Detroit Lions and other various events at the Pontiac Silverdome. I led the team to revitalize the Cobo Hall Conference Center sound system including tracing and mapping all wires in the 500+ thousand square foot building. Project was completed on time, and under budget.
