Costa Fuego is a copper–gold project developed by Hot Chili Limited in northern Chile. It integrates multiple copper deposits into a single development, combining open-pit and underground resources, with a strategic coastal location that provides access to ports, power, and desalinated water for a low-risk, capital-efficient operation.

Copper-Gold Project, with an estimated CAPEX of USD4.4 billion, a concentrator plant capacity of 95 ktpd, and an estimated production of 144 ktpy of copper and 130k oz/year of gold. Responsible for executing the comprehensive project, including mine, process plant, tailings dam, water supply, concentrate transportation, and temporary and permanent infrastructure. Responsible for the project's safety, schedule, cost, and quality management. Responsible for the integration of the project team with the corporate areas of the company

Copper-Molybdenum Project, with an estimated CAPEX of USD5.5 billion, concentrator plant capacity of 128 ktpd, and copper production of 320 ktpy. Responsible for project management at the site, leading the client team and the contracting company EPCM. Responsible for integrating the execution team with the corporate team's Communities, Legal, Permits, Environment, and Safety areas. Responsible for leading the pre-commissioning team for the start-up of the concentrator plant.

Responsible for the construction 128 ktpd Copper Concentrator Plant.

Copper-Gold Project has an estimated CAPEX of USD5.4 billion, a concentrator plant capacity of 100 ktpd, and a copper production capacity of 400 ktpy. Responsible for executing surface infrastructure works, leading the client team and the contracting company EPCM. Responsible for managing a multicultural team and promoting a safe, teamwork, and high-performance culture. Responsible for the reportability of the project status, main milestones, budget variance, and risk management to the project executive committee

With an estimated CAPEX of over USD 5.0 billion, the Greenfield Copper Project will process copper ore through SX-EW and a concentrator plant, producing more than 500 ktpy of copper. Responsible for developing the construction plan, sizing the site's infrastructure, and determining destination sites for the resettlement of 500 families. Our team is entrusted with the crucial task of executing the early work on the project, laying the foundation for its successful implementation. Responsible for the Construction Project Execution Plan (PEP) and Constructability Plan

Copper Project, with an estimated CAPEX + US4.8 billion, has a concentrator plant capacity of 117 ktpd and an estimated copper production of 170 ktpy. Responsible for constructing the new City of Morococha for 5,000 people with all the service infrastructure. Responsible for constructing an Acid Water Treatment Plant with 1000 liters per second capacity. Responsible for preparing the paperwork to obtain the mine and process plant construction permits.
