Halarose is a long-established provider of Elector and Election Management software. Its customers include some of the largest Local Authorities in the UK, including Birmingham, Leeds, Lothian and Westminster, which are responsible for maintaining the Electoral Roll and running elections at all levels.

Reporting jointly to the Director of Strategy and Director of Finance, role commenced with the detailed modelling of financial flows within the University (including departments, colleges and research centres) following reorganisation of the finance department and installation of an Oracle Financials system. Progressed to include an in-depth review of business processes surrounding procurement and accounts payable, initially with consultants from McKinsey & Co., then independently to develop a Web-based purchasing and payment application used in a number of departments.

Exertive Technolgy is a software development company set up primarily to develop web-based (SaaS) business applications based on Microsoft technologies built on initial work at Oxford University. Activities have also included a number of contract projects in areas including Software Asset Management and Auditing, Data Modelling and Visualisation, and Audio Management. Theh company's core product is a Cloud-based application for automated management and processing of unstructured business spend.
