Working with the President and Board of Directors, provide strategic consulting, including business plan development, revenue forecasting and creation of operational procedures for an adventure tourism start up. Coast Gravity Park is a destination mountain bike park located on the spectacular Sunshine Coast of British Columbia with trails designed and built by the locally-based but world-renowned Coastal Crew. In 2011-2012, a record four managers promoted from store to General Manager level, improving overall executive depth in British Columbia.
