I have over 45 years experience in the mold making and molding industry. My experience has been largely in the designing and building of injection molds, for the silicone rubber (LIM / LSR, HCR,& EPDM), and plastics industries. I started in 1979 as an apprentice mold-maker building tooling for rubber(HCR) industry I Completed my apprenticeship 1984. Since 2003 I have found myself dedicated to tool design of injection molds, secondary machinery, and fixture design using Solidworks. In 2010 I became a Certified Solidworks Professional (CSWP). Along with Solidworks I also have training certifications and experience with other CAD systems; Siemens NX(Unigraphics(Mold-wizard)), Creo Parametric(Pro-E) and Cadkey 99 with Fast-surf. Since 2023, I have been designing and modeling with Cimatron.
