With 17 years experience in commercial sales Dave has built a wealth of knowledge in building operationally dynamic teams to deliver the highest level of customer service to his clients. He is a focused, determined, friendly and charismatic individual that works well both on his own initiative and as part of a successful team. As Operations Director, Dave is primarily responsible for the efficient running of the practice, maintaining the high standards of service their clients expect and growing the team to meet the needs and demands of the business.
