- Conduct robot basic training / presentation for users and system integrators. - Site visit for layout planning and propose robot model for pick & place application. - Prepare robot simulation for feasibility study and robot movement / cycle time verification. - Participate in technical meeting to assist sales team with technical discussion and negotiation. - Support service team for on-site maintenance job when necessary.

- Analyze tool wear and chips formation to troubleshoot customer tooling issue and reduce downtime. - Propose best cutting tools solution for customer to maximize machining output. - Regular visit to key dealer customers to follow-up sales figure and latest market info. - Marketing / presentation of new product launch to dealers and users. - Generate new sales lead and expand Nachi market share in the machining industry.

- Support engineer for sales dept. in terms of project quotation and technical calculation. - Propose pump selection for building services, calculate required pump pressure and flow rate. - Attend walk-in sales enquiries from retail end user, follow-up with enquiry status. - Handle technical question and site visit to troubleshoot pump installation problem. - Graphic design works for company marketing materials such as promotional poster.

- Assistant AutoCAD drafter for M&E Consultancy firm. - Prepare drawings for building services such as fire protection and sanitary systems. - Assist in tender documentation works and submission for local authority approval.

- Main course of studies include Solid mechanics, Thermodynamics, Materials science, Circuit & control systems, CAD & manufacturing, Electrical machines and Fluid mechanics. - Exposure to software tools such as AutoCAD drawing, Solidworks product design and C++ programming.
