* New product design to customer specifications. * Take off and BOM development from new store fixture plans. * Destructive testing and analysis of new and existing products. * Implementation of AutoCad into Engineering department.

* Process improvements through cycle time reduction and machine uptime improvements. * Tool cost reductions by implementing improved machining techniques and using competitive tool testing. * Adjustments and maintenance of CNC programs used in machining centers, lathes and dial machines. * Implementation of vision system poke-yoke on automated assembly lines. * Assist maintenance personnel in trouble shooting and repairing equipment. * Update and maintain all mechanical drawings used in manufacturing process. * Develop and oversee fixture and gage updates as necessary during product changes. * Purchase and launch of new equipment needed for additional production capacity.
