P&L responsibility for 2 sites on the Isle of Wight and South Carolina USA turning over £40 million. Foundries supplying nickel alloy turbo-charger wheels to the automotive industry.

P&L responsibility for 2 sites in Shropshire turning over £20 million and employing 250 people supplying aircraft engine components and repairs to engine manufacturers and airlines.

Responsible for managing the maintenance activity on the RAF’s fleet of VC10 Air to Air Refuelling Tankers and Nimrod Maritime Reconnaissance aircraft.

Appointed post “deal” to mentor inexperienced and politically charged Management Team through transformation process.

Led the turnaround of the 200 year old, £20m Luton operation servicing Power and Oil & Gas Sectors in China, India and North Sea.

P&L responsibility for 6 sites turning over £135 million. Division included the UK’s leading Direct Mail / Direct Marketing producer and largest cheque supplier.

P&L responsibility for 3 sites turning over £30 million. Division supplying cheques to the UK’s financial institutions.

Responsible as prime contractor for managing multi – site project valued at £150 million to refurbish and convert 13 aircraft to air to air refuelling tankers.

Managed the internal manufacturing centre specialising in machined components for Airbus, BAe 146, and ATP at British Aerospace,
